Position: National Sales Manager
Reporting to the Head, Foods Division, the incumbent will be responsible for directing and controlling the sales function for the Foods Business to achieve agreed sales objectives.
- He / She must possess excellent planning, organizing and good presentation skills, strong communication and leadership abilities. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of competence in Marketing and Sales function and thorough understanding of FMCG environment with particular emphasis on distribution and channel membership.
Qualification:
- Applicants must possess first degree in a relevant field, an MBA will be an added advantage, membership of relevant professional body, 7 years cumulative sales experience with a reputable company and should not be more than 40 years of age
Reporting to the Head, Business Operations, the incumbent will be expected to coordinate, drive and provide leadership for the sales force to achieve the sales objective.
Qualification:
- Applicants must have hands-on experience in the sales of FMCG goods / Pharmaceutical products and be driven by a strong desire to achieve results.
- Applicants must possess HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related discipline with at least three (3) years relevant sales experience and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- The incumbent must also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels and organizations.
