We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below at BABCOOK UNIVERSITY ILISHAN-REMO, NIGERIA:

Position:     Director of Facilities Management
The ideal candidate must possess:

• M.SC in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Professional qualification such as NSE, COREN
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Over 15 years work experience with proficiency in electrical and /or mechanical installation and maintenance, and must have occupied similar position in the last 5years
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Disciplined, assertive, analytical, very energetic
• Good grasp of planning issues
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Versatile, Team player/builder
• Strong implementation skills
• Ability to write report on regular basis

Position:     Maintenance Engineer
The ideal candidate must possess

• B.SC or HND in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Over 5 years work experience with skill and proficiency in Trouble-shooting pump panels

Position: Estate Officer/Assistant

The idea candidate must possess

• OND/HND in Estate Management with 5
