The Job
The right candidate shall co-ordinate our client’s core ICT Business Support activities to ensure fit for purpose ICT Services Delivery by in-house and third party providers.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Effectively supervise the operations and resources of the ICT Support Group following industry best practices.
  • Develop working relationships with various departments to ensure that ICT resources are efficiently and effectively untilised to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure that the established ICT governance and compliance policies and procedures are effectively and professionally practiced.
  • Ensure that services being provided by third party service providers are not only within the terms of their respective SLA but meets and preferably exceeds expectations.
  • Prepare progress and other reports to management in a timely and professional manner

Some of the Services to be covered
  • WAN, VSAT, LAN, Radio Networks and links; inter and intra Location Telephone Network
  • Service Subscriptions Telephone, Blackberry, Internet, DSTV etc
  • Server/System Administration, Data Backup and recovery systems
  • Email services, Website and other hosted systems
  • SAP B1 and other Application Support Services
  • End User Helpdesk Support/incident management services

Qualifications
  • A good first degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering or any other relevant field
  • An appropriate post graduate qualification shall be an added advantage
  • ITILV3 Certification or similar

Experience & Skills
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of cognate experience in ICT Support Services delivery
  • Possess high levels of analytical and trouble shooting skills
  • Possess good knowledge of Server administration and networking
  • Be proactive ability to work without supervision, be a good team player and also a fast learner
  • Possess excellent abilities to lead, manage and develop sub-ordinates
  • Possess a focused and professional attitude to work

Main Responsibilities:
  • The MFO will work under the direct supervision of the Health Delegate in Port Harcourt to implement the following medical programme in Rivers State:
  • Implementation and follow-up of an outreach programme, focusing on immunization
  • Ongoing collaboration and coordination with the Ministry of Health
  • Assessments of local health services and of health status/needs of targeted populations
  • General assessments of health related issues in the area of responsibility (significant health events; meetings with interlocutors; emergency needs).

Required Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife, additional degree is an advantage
  • Experience in immunization programme implementation
  • Practical experience in

  • Excellent command of English, command of Okrika and/or Kalahari is Mandatory
