Qualifications Requirements:
- Candidate must have a University degree in law preferably in international law and/or air law.
- Extensive experience (10 years or more) in increasingly responsible positions in the practice of public international law, in particular air law, treaty law, and law of international organizations in a government organization or international organization. At least five years of such experience should have been acquired at the international level dealing with matters that go beyond national boundaries.
- Practical experience in negotiating with senior officials in governments and multinational organizations.
- Highly developed negotiating skills and ability to work with and persuade others to reach agreements. Ability to take and defend positions. Ability to summarize and to present complex issues to senior officials, Ability to provide authoritative advice on legal and external relations matters.
- Familiarity with the objectives and procedures of the international organizations and specialized agencies of the United Nations ( U.N ) Common System, preferably including ICAO;
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and related activities. Knowledge of and practical experience with the administrative rules and appeals procedures of UN international organizations and specialized agencies and regional/sub regional agencies

- Judgment/decision making: Proven ability to take ownership of all responsibilities and to honour commitments, to exercise mature judgment, to recognize key issues and analyze relevant information, to make feasible recommendations and to take sound decisions, Communication: Excellent ability to write clearly and concisely and to present articulate verbal reports in English, Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be an asset;

Pan African (Nigeria) Limited Recruits: Pilots

The company will sponsor its selected candidates on a Pilot Training Scheme. Successful candidates will be employed as Pilots by PAAN in Nigeria.

Qualification and Experience:
Candidates should possess:-
- A minimum degree (2nd Class and above) from a recognized University with at least one (1 year post N.Y.S.C. Experience. Candidates with, or currently undergoing, a Commercial Pilot Licence CPL – A or H) course or, already in possession of an ICAO equivalent licence, would also be considered.
- In addition to the above, candidates should possess the West African School Certificate Examination Ordinary Level (W. A.S.C.E.) with a minimum of five (5) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics and Physics.
The Person:
The candidate must meet the following criteria:-
- Must be of Nigerian nationality.
- Must be between the ages of 22 – 28 years. No candidate will be considered aged 28 and above
- Fluency in, and have a proper understanding of the English Language.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicants for the position of Chief Programmer/Analyst must possess a good Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science obtained from a reputable institution of higher learning with at least twelve years post-qualification cognate experience,
- Possession of a relevant higher degree is an added advantage, in addition, applicants must possess professional certification in Database management System and Oracle/Structure Query language (SQL).
- Registration with relevant professional bodies is required.
- The Chief Computer Programmer/ Analyst is expected to be conversant with networking and should possess the integrity and competence required to effectively manage the Polytechnic ICT.
- Applicants who are currently holding positions less than Assistant Chief Programmer/Analyst need not apply.
